Go ahead and get that morning coffee. A new study from Tulane University says drinking coffee in the morning improves heart health and lowers the risk of heart disease death. Morning coffee drinkers are 16% less likely to die for any reason and 31% less likely to die from heart disease. The study concluded that morning coffee consumption offers health benefits.
