As a long time San Antonio resident I’ve seen lots of flooding in the Alamo City. It really does not take a whole lot of rain to cause flash flooding in our city. If you have lived in San antonio for a few years you know the usual trouble spots but if you are a newcomer you may not. It’s never a good idea to enter in to a water crossing where you can not see the pavement. Water has a lot of weight and can easily move a sedan or flood your engine. I’m always amazed when I see motorists moving baracades. The old adage “turn around don’t drown” always holds true. Hope you did not have any issues over the past few days.
