The National Toy Hall of Fame shared the list of this year’s 12 finalist for induction.  They are balloons, along with other first-time contenders the trampoline and the party game Apples to Apples. nominees also include the bestselling “Choose Your Own Adventure”, Hess Toy Trucks, remote-controlled vehicles, games Phase 10, Sequence, the Pokemon Trading Card Game, My Little Pony figures, Transformers action figures and the stick horse.

I have to say I’m pushing for the Stick Horse; it is a toy that has been enjoyed forever.
