I remember it as the first real candy bar I ever had. I must have been around four years old, with my parents at a high school basketball game when I first tasted the goodness of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.  I don’t remember what day of the week it was or even what two teams were playing, but I do remember getting my first Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup at that game. Yes, it left an impression on me and has been a favorite ever since.  It is one candy that has, pretty much, stayed the way it was the first time I had a bite. Now there have been off shoots of this sweet delight. Heat shaped, easter Egg shaped and we can’t forget Reese’s Pieces, still nothing compares to the original Reese’s Peanut Butter cup. So celebrate Nation Peanut Butter and Chocolate Day with me and a couple of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
