I get several blood tests per year to monitor glucose and cholesterol levels. How often do you get labs? Since I have diabetes in my family I’ve found it’s important to keep track of my good and bad cholesterol, glucose levels and kidney and liver function. I had a bad report card last year so I’ve been focusing more on diet, exercise and lowering stress. I’ve been walking, biking and visiting the gym regularly to keep myself healthy. I hope you are too :)
