Today is National Tequila Day. One of my favs is the refreshing strawberry margarita. One of the best I made was with fresh strawberries from Poteet but any strawberries will do the trick. Here’s my recipe. Will you be doing Happy Hour today? Let’s Go!
2 oz tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
2-3 strawberries sliced or quartered
1/2 oz simple syrup(optional if you want to cut calories)
1/2 of cointreau, triple sec or any orange flavored liquor
Pineapple cube and slice of lime and margarita salt of your choice
