OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. OVERVIEW. The KONO "ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR ECONOMIC RELIEF PLAN" Contest (the "Contest") consists of a seven (7) week contest, beginning April 3rd, 2008 and ending May 23rd, 2008 the "Contest Period". The Contest is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a KONO (FM/AM) "Sponsor" or "KONO"). The following Official Rules govern the Contest:

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Contest is open to persons who legally reside in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Bandera, Wilson, Medina, and Atascosa counties in the State of Texas are 21 years or older at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents in possession of a valid government-issued photo identification and Social Security card. Employees of KONO, Cox Radio, Inc., Odds on Promotion, a division of American Hole 'n One ("OOP") and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws. Limit one (1) qualifying prize per household or among immediate family for the duration of the period. For purposes of this Contest, a "household" includes all persons who are domiciled with an entrant, regardless of familial relation. Eligibility decisions will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor are final.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF "QUALIFYING PRIZE" WINNERS AND BONUS THURSDAY PRIZE WINNERS. To enter on-air, listen to KONO 101.1 every hour from 7am to 5am, Monday through Friday during the Contest Period. When you hear the KONO Touchtone, be the correct caller (i.e. the caller number identified in the announcements) and instantly win the daily qualifying prize ($50) as detailed in Section 5 below.

All Daily Qualifiers will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, as detailed in Section 5 below. The participant who originally dialed the phone to participate in the Contest will be considered the Daily Qualifier. No family members, friends, co-workers, or any other person or proxy will be allowed to participate in the Contest on the original Daily Qualifier's behalf. Each Daily Qualifier must provide Sponsor his or her own name, valid address and social security number. If Daily Qualifier uses a false name or social security number, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

THOUSAND DOLLAR THURSDAYS (on-air): Listen to KONO every Thursday morning at 7:20 for your chance to win $1000. The prize of $1000 will only be valid on "$1000 Dollar Thursday" played at 7:20am only on these specific dates: April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, May 01st, 08th, and 15th, 2008.

When you hear the KO-NO Touchtones, be the correct caller (i.e. the caller number identified in the announcements) and instantly win the "Thousand Dollar Thursdays" qualifying prize ($1000) as detailed in Section 5 below.

All "Thousand Dollar Thursday" Qualifiers will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, as detailed in Section 5 below. The participant who originally dialed the phone to participate in the Contest will be considered the Thousand Dollars Qualifier. No family members, friends, co-workers, or any other person or proxy will be allowed to participate in the Contest on the original Thousand Dollar Thursday Qualifier's behalf. Each Thousand Dollar Thursday Qualifier must provide Sponsor his or her own name, valid address and social security number. If Thousand Dollar Thursday Qualifier uses a false name or social security number, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

KONO will not be responsible for loss of service to the call-in line or for a contestant's failure to reach the call-in line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to KONO during a call-in period of the Contest and prior to accepting the winning caller, the call-in period affected by the interruption may or may not be replayed at the resumption of service, at KONO's sole discretion. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Wednesday On-Site Registration: KONO 101.1 will conduct seven (7) one-hour morning registration hits at designated Santikos Theatre location(s). On-site registration from 7:00am – 7:59am during the following dates and locations:

KONO 101.1 will register the first One Hundred one (101) KONO listeners on-site at each designated location(s). One lucky listener (from each designated location) will instantly win $101 and automatically be entered to qualify for the $101,000 "Economic Relief Plan" Cash Vault Giveaway.

KONO WEB SITE REGISTRATION: KONO listeners are urged to click on KONO 1011 dot com beginning April 03rd thru May 23rd. During promotion, one (1), lucky KONO web-contestant will automatically win One Hundred One Dollars ($101) in a random drawing at conclusion of contest. Plus entered to win "$101,000 in the "One Hundred One Thousand Dollars Economic Relief Plan" Cash Vault giveaway.

4. SELECTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE CONTESTANTS AND GRAND PRIZE CONTEST.

A random drawing will be held on Saturday, May 24th, 2008 at Santikos Theatre Palladium 17910 W. IH-10, 78257 to determine the ten (10) Daily Qualifiers (each as a "Finalist") who will have a chance to win the Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize Drawing"). Registration for the Grand Prize drawing will begin promptly at 9a.m. and conclude at 10a.m. on the day of the drawing, and all Finalists must register at the site between 9a.m. and 10a.m. and be present at the site after 10:00am in order to be eligible for a chance win the Grand Prize. After the Finalists are selected in a random drawing at or around 10:30am, a KONO representative will call the names of the Finalists in a randomly-selected order, and each Finalist will have one (1) chance to open the KONO 101.1 "Cash Prize Vault" using a 4-digit code selected by the Finalist.

Disclaimer: The first Finalist, if any, to successfully open the "Cash Prize Vault" will be declared the winner (subject to verification of eligibility, validation of the winning code used to open the door, and compliance with all terms and conditions in these Official Rules), and no other contestant will be allowed to enter a code to attempt to open the door. The contest will be concluded. If a Grand Prize winner is declared, the prize monies will be paid directly to the winner. Winner is responsible for any/and all taxes. If no Finalist opens the lock after his or her one and only attempt, the Contest will be declared closed, Grand Prize will not be awarded and the Grand Prize will remain the property of Sponsor.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS.

Daily Prizes:

All Daily Qualifiers will receive one (1) applicable Daily Prize. In the event a Daily Prize becomes unavailable KONO reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater actual retail value. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of a check from KONO. Checks will be issued within eight weeks of winning.

Thousand Dollar Thursdays Prizes:

All Thousand Dollar Thursday Qualifiers (7:20a only) will receive one (1) applicable prize. In the event a Thousand Dollar Thursday prize becomes unavailable KONO reserves the right to substitute another prize or equal or greater actual retail value. Cash prizes will be issued in the form of a check from KONO. Checks will be issued within eight weeks of winning.

Grand Prize: $101,000

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning a daily ($50) prize depend on the total number of contestants who call the station in response to the KONO TouchTone to participate in the Contest. The odds of a "Thousand Dollar Thursday" Qualifier winning a One Thousand Dollars ($1000) Prize depend on the total number of contestants who call the station in response to the KONO Touchtone to participate in the Contest. The odds that a Finalist winning Grand Prize are (1 in 10,000).

6. GRAND PRIZE DETAILS AND RESTRICTIONS: A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded and if no Finalist correctly guesses the valid 4 digit winning code and opens the KONO Prize Vault, no Grand Prize will be awarded in this Contest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Finalist who opens the KONO Prize Vault will not be declared the winner of the Contest until an independent third party security firm has verified that the code entered by the applicable Finalist matches the pre-determined code for the Vault, and each Finalist agrees to cooperate with a reasonable security investigation relating to the Contest. If a Grand Prize Winner is determined, he or she will win a $101,000.

7. PRIZE CLAIM AND ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURES. All cash winnings will be issued in the form of a check from KONO. Checks will be issued within eight weeks of winning. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winners. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and KONO reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release within, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.

8. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each contestant's consent to the use by KONO, of such contestant's name, biographical information, voice and/or likeness in any media, including without limitation to the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Any telephone calls placed to the KONO Contest line may be recorded for use on-air at any time. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of KONO. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KONO and the Contest administrators and judges. KONO reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise corruption any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by KONO. In the event the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of KONO corrupt or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, KONO reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest without notice. KONO also reserves the right to change the aforementioned Contest date(s) at any time without notice.

9. DISCLAIMERS. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Cox Radio, Inc., d/b/a KONO (AM/FM), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties" ) will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related activity, participation in the Contest, printing, mailing or distribution errors, or any malfunctions of the telephone network, computer Internet system, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or for any entries that are not in compliance with these Official Rules. Nor will the Released Parties be liable or responsible for any malfunction in the locking mechanism or other equipment used in the Grand Prize drawing event.

10. TAXES. Each winner of any prize(s) valued in excess of $600 must sign Tax Form W9 prior to accepting such prize(s). The winner will be solely obligated to pay all federal, state, and local taxes and fees incurred or imposed in connection with receipt of a prize. KONO make no representations regarding the tax implications of winning. The winner should contact tax advisers for any further information.

11. CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained.

12. SPONSOR. The KONO "One Hundred One Thousand Dollar Economic Relief Plan" contest is sponsored by KONO (FM/AM). The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
